Open Video → Lyric video, select songs and timing, then choose a layout, background, artwork and visualizer. Preview it, then export. Rendering runs in your browser; MP4 or WebM availability depends on codecs. Save the output before posting.
Music Video creates a directed shot sequence from a song segment with a chosen visual skill, model and references. You can refine or replace shots before rendering. It uses generation credits and configured providers; it is separate from browser lyric rendering.
After your video is exported and your channel connected: choose Post to YouTube, review the prefilled metadata and visibility, then post. One-time Google consent, rendering and app approval happen before that flow. Unaudited API apps may only upload privately. Progress is real; publishing is not guaranteed to be instant.
Open a saved playable artifact and use its three-dot menu to publish or unpublish. Public Spaces appear in Spaces Explore. Remix opens a new session based on a playable version. Public or unlisted artifacts can be shared through Earn Credits with your invite code attached.
Solimar turns a written idea into finished songs — vocals, arrangement and a mix — using the Sol family of music models. You describe what you want, press Create, and two complete takes come back so you can pick the better one.
Beyond generating, you can edit a song on a timeline, split it into stems, cover or extend it, cut vertical Hooks from it, and publish it to your profile.
Open Create, stay in Simple mode, and describe the song in a sentence or two: genre, mood, instruments, the kind of voice and what it is about. Press Create. Two takes render together and appear in your library as they finish.
If you want to control the words, switch to Lyrics mode and write (or generate) the lyrics yourself.
You can browse Explore, artist pages, playlists, Radio and these guides without signing in. Creating, saving and publishing need an account — sign in with Google, Apple, or an email and password.
Space plays or pauses the current track. Left and Right arrows seek five seconds (or move between Hooks in the Hooks feed). Up and Down move to the previous or next Hook while the feed is focused. M mutes, L toggles loop and S toggles shuffle.
On a computer, ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux) opens the command palette to jump anywhere. Explore, Create, Library and Studio are in the top bar; open More for Home, Video, Spaces and the other destinations. Keyboard shortcuts skip text fields while you type.
The Free plan creates with Sol Mini, a fast lightweight engine for sketches and ideas. Pro unlocks Sol Pro (the balanced flagship), Sol Max (high-fidelity, with stronger style and reference adherence) and Sol Wild (bolder, more experimental arrangements). Premier adds the earlier Sol generations as well.
Simple mode is one description box (up to 3,000 characters). Solimar writes the lyrics and arranges the song from your description. It is the quickest way to hear an idea.
Lyrics mode splits the brief into a Styles box (up to 1,000 characters) and a Lyrics box (up to 5,000 characters), plus More options: Max mode, vocal gender, duration, weirdness, style influence, variety, exclude styles, title and Personalize. Use it when the exact words or the exact sound matter.
Every generation returns two complete takes from the same brief. Music models vary from run to run, so choosing between two versions is usually faster than regenerating and hoping. Both are saved to your library.
Most takes arrive within a few minutes; they appear in your library as soon as they are ready, and you can leave the page while they render. On the current Sol models in Lyrics mode you can set a custom duration between 10 and 360 seconds, or leave it on Auto and let the model choose.
Yes. Turn on Instrumental in Create and the vocals are left out. In Simple mode it also helps to say “instrumental, no vocals” in the description.
In Lyrics mode you can type a title (up to 80 characters) under More options. Leave it blank and Solimar names the song for you. You can rename any song later from its page.
No. When a job fails, the credits it reserved are refunded to your balance automatically and the refund appears in your credit history.
Short, comma-separated descriptors, most important first: genre, era, mood, lead instruments, vocal type, tempo, then production texture. For example: “Telugu film melody, 90 BPM, female vocal, flute and strings, warm analog mix”. The box holds up to 1,000 characters, but a focused 10–20 descriptors usually steer better than a paragraph.
Yes. Put tags on their own line above each block of lyrics: [Intro], [Verse], [Pre-Chorus], [Chorus], [Bridge], [Outro] and similar. They shape where the song builds, repeats and resolves. Short cues in parentheses — (whispered), (harmonies) — are treated as performance hints rather than sung words most of the time.
Yes. In Lyrics mode, use AI lyrics to draft a full set from a short idea, or ask for variations and rhymes on what you already have. You can edit the result before creating.
It lists sounds you do not want — for example “autotune, trap hi-hats, EDM drop”. Keep it to a few clear terms (up to 200 characters). The wand button next to the field can suggest exclusions from your styles.
Many, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, English and Spanish. For Indian languages, writing lyrics in the native script (Devanagari, Telugu, Tamil, Gurmukhi…) gives the most natural pronunciation. Romanized Hinglish and Tinglish also work, and Solimar's lyric tools understand them.
Weirdness sets how far the model may wander from conventional structure (Familiar → Wild). Style influence sets how strictly your style tags steer the result (Loose → Strict). Variety sets how different the takes are from each other (Exact → Max). With a source song attached for a cover, Audio influence separately sets how faithfully the new version follows that recording.
Yes. In Simple mode use the + menu, or drag files onto the composer. You can attach up to 5 images (JPEG, PNG, WebP or BMP, 10 MB each), 1 video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 100 MB) and up to 10 audio files (500 MB each). References guide mood, texture and feel; they are not copied.
While references are attached, your styles and lyrics still apply, but vocal gender, duration, the sliders, exclusions and title are paused until the references are removed.
Open the … menu on any of your songs and choose Remix ▸ Cover. Create opens in Lyrics mode with the source track attached. Change the styles to the new genre, adjust Audio influence (lower = more new material, higher = closer to the original), and create.
Only cover audio you own or have the rights to use.
Yes. Extend carries a song on past where it ended. In the Song Editor you can select a section and ask for a replacement in place — a new verse, a different chorus — while keeping the rest.
Yes — upload a recording from the + menu in Create to use it as a reference or as the source for a cover, or bring it into MILO Studio to arrange it. Plans set how long an uploaded clip can be.
Each generation spends credits and returns two takes. Extending, covering, replacing a section and splitting stems each count as their own generation. Open your avatar in the top bar to see your live balance, and every charge and refund is listed in your credit history.
Free credits every day, the Sol Mini model, your library and playlists, Explore, Radio and the MILO Studio workstation. Songs made on Free are for personal use.
Commercial use depends on the entitlement shown for your plan when the music is generated and the applicable generation provider’s terms. Free-plan songs are for personal use unless your entitlement says otherwise. You must also have rights to any uploaded audio, lyrics, voices or other source material. Review Pricing and the Terms before releasing anything.
Your first paid plan starts from Pricing, through secure checkout. To upgrade, downgrade or cancel an existing subscription, send a signed-in request from Contact and support makes the change on your account.
Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; your library, playlists and projects stay where they are afterwards.
Yes. Signing in each day adds a daily gift of free credits. The Earn page shows whether today's gift has been claimed and when the next one unlocks.
The Earn page has your personal invite link and referral-enabled links to your published work. An eligible new friend gets the configured signup bonus. You earn the inviter reward when their first music generation succeeds. The newest invite link opened is used for up to 30 days in the same browser. Monthly limits and abuse checks apply; the current amounts and statuses are shown on Earn Credits.
Daily gifts and verified referrals are the current automatic earning paths. Copying or sharing a link, listening, ranking, likes and repeat shares do not independently grant credits. Staff can review disputed referrals.
Trim, reorder and reshape a finished song on a timeline. Select a section to replace it with a new take, extend the ending, and keep everything else as it was.
Solimar Studio stacks generated takes on a multitrack timeline and can generate new sections in place. MILO Studio is a full browser workstation — clips on a timeline, synths, meters and your own audio — for arranging material you already have.
Yes. From a song's menu, extract stems to separate vocals, drums, bass and the rest, then download them or rebuild the mix.
MP3 and WAV audio (with stems where the track has them), MP4 video renders, and MIDI for taking an idea into your own DAW. NoteFlow adds a .mid file (with an audition preview and a CSV note list) for any song, upload included, and LyricTrace transcripts download as .txt, .srt or .lrc.
Five tools for a song you already have: KeyPulse finds the key, key changes and tempo (1 credit); LyricTrace transcribes sung lyrics with word timing (2 credits); NoteFlow converts audio to a MIDI file (3 credits); CleanTone removes noise, echo or reverb (3 credits); MasterGlow masters a track to match a reference song (4 credits).
Open Create → Sound Tools, or choose Sound Tools from a song's menu. Each tool works on a song in your library, an audio file you upload, an official YouTube link or a direct link you are licensed to use, up to 8 minutes long.
Run KeyPulse on the song. It reports the main key, every key change with its time range, and the tempo in BPM. When the song is in your library, the measured tempo is saved to it and the song page shows the key and tempo alongside its other details.
Yes. LyricTrace lets you name the sung language — Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Urdu or English — or detect it automatically, and can add an English translation. Transcripts in an Indian script can be read in their romanized form (Tinglish, Hinglish and the rest).
Choose Use as song lyrics to save the transcript to the song. Its word timing comes along, so an uploaded song's lyrics follow the music in the player. Transcripts download as .txt, .srt or .lrc.
Stems & MIDI builds note data from a song's separated stems, so the song has to be made in Solimar and split first. NoteFlow converts any audio straight to a .mid file, including uploads, with an optional audio preview of the result and a CSV list of the notes.
CleanTone removes background noise, echo or reverb. MasterGlow matches your track's loudness and tone to a professionally mastered reference song you choose, as MP3 or WAV. MasterGlow needs both tracks from the same kind of source: two YouTube links, or two songs or uploads.
Both make a new take in your Library, filed under Remasters and linked to the original. The original is never changed.
Voice Lab re-imagines the vocal of a song you own. Recast re-sings it in another voice (12 credits), VoxShift swaps the voice on a recording and can remove the background (8 credits), and Reblend rebuilds the track from a style prompt and returns two takes (12 credits). Indian singers are listed first, and voices can be filtered by language.
Recast and VoxShift take recordings up to 8 minutes; Reblend takes up to 4 minutes. Takes appear in Create's recent generations and your Library.
The credits for that run are refunded automatically, and the reason is shown where you started it. Choose Try again, or change the source or settings first. A run keeps going if you leave the page; reopen it from Recent runs on the Sound Tools page or from its notification.
Songs are private to your library until you publish them. Published songs appear on your profile and can show up in Explore; you can unpublish a song at any time from its menu.
In Settings, choose Delete account and confirm by typing your handle (password accounts also re-enter their password). Deletion is permanent and removes your songs, playlists, Hooks, comments, credits and studio projects together.
Rendering usually takes a few minutes and sometimes longer at busy times. Leave the page open or come back later — finished takes appear in your library on their own. If a job fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Put the most important descriptors first, cut contradictory ones, and name concrete instruments and a tempo. Raise Style influence to follow your tags more strictly, add unwanted sounds to Exclude styles, and lower Weirdness for a more conventional result.
Write Indian-language lyrics in their native script, spell unusual names phonetically, and keep lines short. For romanized lyrics, be consistent with one spelling for each word.
Check the tab isn't muted and that no other tab has taken over audio output, then reload. Some browsers block sound until you press play once on the page.
