Keep your credentials secure and use accurate account information. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person may not create duplicate accounts to obtain welcome gifts or referral rewards.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including connected-channel uploads. Tell us through Contact if access is compromised.

Only upload or reference audio, video, images, lyrics, samples and voices you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent for a recognizable person’s voice or likeness. Do not impersonate artists or submit infringing, harassing, hateful or illegal material.

You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorize Solimar and the configured service providers to store and process them to provide the requested creation, editing, rendering, hosting and publishing features.

Music, lyrics, artwork, video and Spaces artifacts are generated with model and provider limits. Outputs may be inaccurate, resemble other work, or require editing. We do not guarantee originality, copyright eligibility, exclusivity, pronunciation or clearance.

Commercial-use entitlements depend on the plan in effect when you generate and the applicable provider terms. Review the live plan details before releasing commercially. Exporting or publishing does not by itself grant commercial rights.

Review generated Spaces code and behavior before using it outside its sandbox. A remix creates a new working session and does not transfer rights to third-party material.

For song generation, Solimar sends your selected voice choice with the prompt and any lyrics or music style you provide to MusicGPT. The MusicGPT API documentation describes voice selection as a generation input. The MusicGPT Terms of Service require users to avoid infringing or unlawful material and to have rights to content they upload.

A voice being selectable does not give you ownership or permission to impersonate the person it may resemble, use their identity, or imply their participation or endorsement. Only request, use, or share voice-based outputs when you have the rights and consent required by applicable law. Do not use them to deceive, harass, defame, or infringe another person's rights. The linked MusicGPT terms and API documentation may change; review their current versions before use.

Catalog names, portraits and previews identify a synthetic voice choice; they do not establish an artist’s consent, sponsorship or endorsement. A photograph’s license does not license that person’s voice, identity, songs or performances.

MusicGPT’s published terms describe commercial use for its paid plans, restrict infringing uses, limit its liability and require users to indemnify it for specified misuse or violations. They do not promise to defend Solimar or its users against every claim. Your Solimar subscription does not establish a separate agreement between you and MusicGPT or override applicable rights. Any broader provider protection depends on an applicable written agreement; Solimar does not promise that MusicGPT will resolve or pay future claims.

You choose whether songs, Spaces and videos are private, unlisted or public where supported. Public work may appear in community discovery. Unlisted work can be accessed by anyone with its link. Public material may be copied by others; making it private later cannot recall their copies.

Connected publishing requires your authorization, an eligible account and supported media. You approve titles, descriptions, privacy, schedules and rights disclosures. Platform permissions, app reviews, quotas, moderation and processing can delay or restrict posts.

Solimar uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other destinations have their own terms. Disconnecting a channel or deleting a Solimar project does not delete a post already sent to that platform.

Paid generation spends the amount shown for the job. Failed eligible jobs follow the refund flow; a completed result is not automatically refundable because you dislike it. Browser lyric rendering does not call a paid video-generation model; related AI or storage operations may have their own costs.

Daily gifts are applied on a session or balance refresh, once per UTC day. Referral rewards use the current configured program. Credits are usable only in Solimar, have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

Solimar voice access requires an eligible Pro, Premier or Enterprise entitlement, the applicable feature switches and sufficient credits. Access follows the subscribed monthly or annual SKU and any explicit account restrictions. Canceled or delinquent subscriptions lose paid access when their entitlement is revoked; unused credits alone do not unlock a paid feature.

Plan prices, included credits, billing intervals and entitlements are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Subscription renewals and cancellation follow your checkout terms. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Share your invite link or a referral-enabled link to your published song or public/unlisted video or Space. An eligible new account must open the link and sign up in the same browser within the 30-day attribution window. The latest valid invite link opened is used. Existing accounts cannot claim a new-signup bonus.

The friend receives the configured signup bonus after validation. The inviter earns the configured reward when the friend completes their first successful music generation. Copying, posting or clicking a link, listening, ranking, likes and repeat shares do not independently grant credits.

Each person may be referred once. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and suspicious bulk or same-network signups may be rejected. A monthly limit and program pauses can hold rewards for review. The Earn Credits page shows the current amounts, limits and progress. Staff can review disputed referrals through Contact.

Do not spam, misrepresent rewards or automate signups. We may pause or change the program and investigate abuse. Changes to future rewards do not make credits a monetary entitlement.

Generation and publishing depend on configured providers, browser support and connected-account permissions. A three-step publishing description assumes completed media and a connected, eligible channel; it is not a guarantee of three total clicks or immediate publication.

We may remove violating content or restrict accounts to protect the service. Solimar is provided as available, subject to applicable law. Keep exports of work you need independently; uninterrupted access and a particular model output cannot be guaranteed.

Solimar uses MusicGPT for catalog voices, Voice Room, Recast, Reblend, VoxShift and supported audio tools. Other configured generation services may include Kie.ai and Suno-based music models. These integrations process the prompts, lyrics and media needed for your request; see Privacy for data handling.

Solimar is the product interface. Provider names here disclose processing and licensing dependencies, not artist affiliation. Provider documentation or catalog availability is not independent proof that every voice, likeness or reference is cleared for your intended use. Obtain all necessary permissions before public or commercial release.

The portrait attributions below remain subject to their own licenses, including attribution and any share-alike obligations. Those licenses are not replaced or restricted by these terms. Contact us with the relevant voice, image source and claimed right through Contact so we can review the material and involve the relevant provider when appropriate.
